GitHub Copilot: A Technological Boon for the Modern World

Image
In an era where technology continuously redefines our capabilities, GitHub Copilot stands out as a groundbreaking innovation. Developed by GitHub in collaboration with OpenAI, Copilot is an AI-powered coding assistant designed to streamline and enhance the coding experience. This blog post explores the profound impact of GitHub Copilot on various professions and its potential to shape the future.   ·          What is GitHub Copilot? GitHub Copilot is an AI-driven tool integrated into popular code editors like Visual Studio Code. It leverages the power of OpenAI’s Codex model to assist developers by suggesting whole lines or blocks of code as they type. By understanding the context of the code being written, Copilot provides real-time suggestions that can significantly speed up the development process.   ·         How GitHub Copilot Benefits Engineers? For software engineers, GitHub Copilot is a game-changer. It can: 1. Increase Productivity : By offering instant code sugg

Global Chip Shortage !

World has battled a lot of difficulties during past two years due to outbreak of covid-19 which lead to huge shutdowns across the globe and catalysed the shortage of electronic chips which were in huge demand during the pre-covid era as well. Post emergence of covid-19 and in between repeal of lockdowns, the increase in demand lead to further complex situation that arose due to the lack of raw material and huge demand which could last as long as for two years to come. What is a chip? A chip is an integrated circuit which is smaller than our fingernail. It consist of interconnected circuits which is imprinted on a tiny plate or slice which is generally made of Germanium or Silicon.   Chips are so advance that it may contain billions of components on such a small surface area and plays a pivotal role in the research and development in the field of modern electronics. What is the reason? One of the reason could be the trade war between China and USA while China is the leading export

AatmNirbhar Bharat - A practical approach!

India has always been a place that has paved the way for new reforms throughout the world and is a young nation that is continuously setting new milestones for being self-reliant despite the fact that this nation has been ruled and looted for over 200 years by foreign powers. The fire of being self-reliant ignited from Swadeshi movement of the Indian Independence in the year 1905. India is in 74th year of her Independence and still needs a lot to accomplish to be completely “Aatma Nirbhar” or “Self Reliant”. Currently India holds one of the largest markets for the world’s business and has to work on certain areas to meet the goals of becoming largest economy of the Asia soon. India’s imports from China is five times her exports and the reason is the China’s strategy of dumping to weaken local manufacturers and later sell at higher prices to recover the loss. India’s toys market is worth Rs 4500/- crores and around 80% of them are imported from China. India manufactures 22% of

Quantum Computing is the future !

Quantum Computer , As the name suggests brings the idea of modern computers like mobile phones and laptops but this assumption is completely incorrect. A classical computer works on binary bit that is information is stored as a combination of 0 and 1 but a quantum computer uses  quantum bit or “Qubit” which can be 0 and 1 simultaneously. Qubit can grow exponentially beyond the understanding of human mind.   Quatum supremacy is achieved when classical computer  is unable to keep up after picking a circuit to run it on a quatum computer with increase in circuit complexity and simulating these things on a classical computer.  Modern quantum chips can process 2^53 states. Running small chunks  in the largest computer in the world  will take 10,000 years for a complete computation but a small quatum chip can do it in about 3 minute and 20 seconds.  Unbelievable, Isn’t it? What is "Quatum Physics" that made it possible? Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy at its m

Elon Musk : Real life Tony Stark or just an ordinary businessman ? Read to find out!

Born in June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa , Elon Musk as a child was so lost in his daydreams about inventions that his parents and doctors ordered a test to check his hearing. In grade school, Musk was short, introverted and bookish. He was bullied until he was 15 and went through a growth spurt and learned how to defend himself with karate and wrestling. Elon Musk has always been a innovative child and grew up to be the biggest entrepreneur of the decade. Let’s have a look at his achievements :- Musk launched his first company, Zip2 Corporation , in 1995 with his brother, Kimbal Musk. An online city guide, Zip2 was soon providing content for the new websites of both The New York Times and the Chicago Tribune. In 1999, a division of Compaq Computer Corporation bought Zip2 for $307 million in cash and $34 million in stock options. In 1999, Elon and Kimbal Musk used the money from their sale of Zip2 to found X.com , an online financial services/payments company. An X.com ac

A Case Study on Floods in India !

What is a Flood ? A flood is an overflow of water that submerges land that is usually dry. In the sense of "flowing water", the word may also be applied to the inflow of the tide. Floods are an area of study of the discipline hydrology and are of significant concern in agriculture, civil engineering and public health. Flooding may occur as an overflow of water from water bodies, such as a river, lake, or ocean, in which the water overtops or breaks levees, resulting in some of that water escaping it s usual boundaries, or it may occur due to an accumulation of rainwater on saturated ground in an areal flood. While the size of a lake or other body of water will vary with seasonal changes in precipitation and snow melt, these changes in size are unlikely to be considered significant unless they flood property or drown domestic animals.  Floods can also occur in rivers when the flow rate exceeds the capacity of the river channel, particularly at bends or meanders in the waterway

Why you should be really worried about Air Pollution !

Year-2020 proved to be  a disastrous year for humanity and has been claiming lives since its first case was found in December 2019 as reported.  Pre Covid era was a period when human was less worried about Medical facilities despite facing a danger as detrimental as Covid - "Air Pollution" Why is Air Pollution a threat ?  Air pollution kills an estimated seven million people worldwide every year. WHO data shows that 9 out of 10 people breathe air that exceeds WHO guideline limits containing high levels of pollutants, with low- and middle-income countries suffering from the highest exposures.  From smog hanging over cities to smoke inside the home, air pollution poses a major threat to health and climate. The combined effects of ambient (outdoor) and household air pollution cause about seven million premature deaths every year, largely as a result of increased mortality from stroke, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer and acute respiratory infecti
